Documents Required for FMGE Application Form and FEE 2023

1. Copy of Passport: A clear copy of your passport, showing your personal details and photographs.
2. Copy of MBBS Pass Certified by Indian Embassy: A certified copy of your MBBS pass certificate, attested by the Indian Embassy or Consulate in the country where you obtained your medical degree.
3. Copy of Class 12th Passing Certificate: A copy of your Class 12th passing certificate, verifying your completion of secondary education.
4. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Certificate): A copy of your matriculation certificate or any other document that serves as proof of your date of birth.
5. Copy of Internship Certificate (if done from abroad): If you have completed your internship or clinical training abroad, provide a copy of your internship certificate.
6. Copy of 12th Mark Sheet: A copy of your Class 12th mark sheet, indicating your academic performance in the secondary education level.
7. Two Recent Photographs: Two recent passport-sized color photographs that meet the specified requirements (size, format, background, etc.).
8. Copy of Fail Certificates/Result of Ex-Candidates (if applicable): If you have previously appeared for the FMGE and failed, provide copies of the fail certificates or result documents.
9. Copy of Address Proof: Submit a copy of any valid address proof document, such as a PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
10. Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (for applicants who completed MBBS from abroad): If you obtained your MBBS degree from a foreign institution, provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to establish the equivalence of your qualification.
11. Copy of Eligibility Certificate issued by the National Medical Council: Include a copy of the eligibility certificate issued by the National Medical Council, which confirms your eligibility to appear for the FMGE.

Please note that the documents should be self-attested, and it is crucial to submit them to fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in within the specified deadline. Failure to provide these documents may result in your FMGE 2023 application form being disregarded.
