  • Wernicke’s Encephalopathy is caused by Thiamine (B1) deficiency.

  • Lithium is the drug of choice for Bipolar Disorder.

  • Flight of ideas is a feature of Mania.
  • Anhedonia (loss of interest) is a core symptom of Depression.
  • Russell’s Sign (calluses on knuckles) is seen in Bulimia Nervosa [Implied].
  • Naloxone is used for Opioid Overdose.
  • Naltrexone is used for Opioid/Alcohol Dependence (anti-craving).
  • Disulfiram causes an unpleasant reaction when alcohol is consumed.

  • “Lead Pipe” appearance = Ulcerative Colitis.
  • “String Sign” of Kantor = Crohn’s Disease [Implied].
  • “Saw-tooth” appearance = Diverticulosis.
  • “Cobra Head” appearance = Ureterocele.
