Language of Examination:
- The NEET PG 2025 exam will be conducted exclusively in English.

- Candidates are allotted 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the NEET PG 2024 question paper.
Types of Questions and Marks Distribution:
- NEET PG 2025 consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- The maximum marks for the entire exam are 800.
- Each correct answer is awarded four marks.
- For every incorrect attempt, one mark is deducted.

- The merit list includes the roll number, marks obtained (out of 800), and the All India Rank (AIR).
