• ECFMG Sponsor Note: The eligibility requirements align with those set by the United States Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), listed through its sponsor note in WDoMS.

2. Medical Degree (Final Medical Diploma/Primary Qualification):

• Confirmation: Confirm that your medical degree (final medical diploma/primary qualification) is from a training institution outlined in the steps below.
• WDoMS Verification: The AMC uses WDoMS to verify the authenticity of medical degrees. Ensure your degree is listed in WDoMS.

3. Graduation Year:

• Verification: Confirm that your graduation year aligns with the requirements outlined by the AMC.

Step 2: Confirm the Degree Title and Graduation Year

1. WDoMS Verification: Once you select your medical school in Step 1, go to the WDoMS website. Confirm that your medical degree’s program details and sponsor note tabs are accurate and include your degree title and graduation year.
2. Read the Sponsor Note: Familiarize yourself with the sponsor note, as it outlines the eligibility requirements for graduates of your medical school.

Step 3: Read ECFMG Information

1. ECFMG Sponsor Note Information: Visit the ECFMG website for information on how your medical school can seek a listing and sponsor note. If your school is not listed, follow the process for requesting an ECFMG Sponsor Note.
